End-to-end process

OUR WORKFLOW

From specification to verified delivery. Hover any stage to inspect the process.

  1. 01

    Specify

You send your specs — valve & gauge requirements, pressure class, materials, pipeline drawings or CAD.

  2. 02

    Source

We pinpoint the right factory in our vetted Wenzhou network — matched to quality, pressure class, capacity and delivery.

  3. 03

    Verify

The SAARSflow difference. We visit the floor and run pressure, tolerance and material checks on the real components before anything ships.

  4. 04

    Engineer

We assemble the verified components into one coherent valves-to-gauges solution, matched to your pipeline.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Verified goods, full inspection report, complete documentation. Our commission is a line item — no hidden markup.

What we can actually claim

FACTORY-FLOOR ACCESS Verification happens around the product—not from a catalogue. Material · pressure class · dimensions · documentation

We're new

SAARSflow opened in 2026. We have no case studies and no client roster to show yet — we'd rather say that than invent one.

The founder works inside the cluster

Our founder is based in Oubei and works daily with the factories in Wenzhou's valve and flow-control cluster. This isn't a sourcing agency working from a directory.

We hold no stock

We don't buy inventory and resell it. Every order is placed directly with the manufacturer, and our commission is stated as a line item, not folded into the price.

We check the spec before it ships

Every quote and every production run is checked against the specification you sent — grade, rating, standard, dimensions — before goods leave the factory.

Reference

ASME B16.5 pressure classes

Pressure ratings for Group 1.1 materials (e.g. ASTM A105 carbon steel), at 38°C. A genuine reference table, not a design element — use it to sanity-check a quote, then confirm against the full standard for your service temperature.

Pressure–temperature ratings, Group 1.1 materials, at 38°C (100°F)
Class PN equivalent bar @ 38°C psi @ 38°C Typical use
150PN2019.6285Low-pressure utility and water lines
300PN5051.0740General process piping, moderate pressure
400PN6868.3990Higher-pressure process, less common
600PN100102.11480High-pressure steam and process lines
900PN150153.12220Power and petrochemical high-duty service
1500PN250255.43705Very high pressure service
2500PN420425.46170Extreme pressure — wellhead, high-pressure process

Ratings de-rate as temperature rises. This table shows the 38°C baseline only — always confirm the rating at your actual service temperature against ASME B16.5 Table 2 before specifying.

FAQ

Before you write the RFQ

We charge a commission, stated as a separate line item on every quote. You see the factory price and our fee separately — never bundled.

It means our founder has visited the factory, confirmed it holds the certifications it claims, and has an existing working relationship with it. It does not mean a third-party audit — we're a new desk and we say so.

Yes. We don't set a minimum order value, though very small orders may not clear a factory's own MOQ — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case for your item.

We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and work with your bank on letter of credit terms. We do not issue the LC — that's between your bank and the supplier's bank.

You contact us with the discrepancy and the original spec sheet. We raise it with the factory directly, since we checked the spec before shipment and have the paper trail to show what was agreed.
